Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Agent, located in Mumbai. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing debt collections, handling cash collections, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include contacting borrowers, negotiating payment plans, and updating account information. The agent will be expected to maintain strong communication with clients and ensure a respectful approach to collections.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Understanding of Finance processes and principles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in using AI, ML, or NLP technologies in debt collection is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
