About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join our
Agentic AI Trainee Program
. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to
Agentic AI systems
—autonomous, goal-driven AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and acting to achieve complex objectives.

As a Trainee, you'll work closely with our AI engineering and research teams to understand, test, and improve the next generation of intelligent agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply principles of
    Agentic AI systems
    including planning, decision-making, and multi-step task automation.
  • Assist in developing, testing, and fine-tuning
    AI agents
    across different environments (customer service, operations, research, or product workflows).
  • Work with
    LLMs (Large Language Models)
    and
    multi-agent architectures
    to build prototypes.
  • Collect and analyze data to improve model performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Document findings, create reports, and present insights to mentors and senior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand use cases and optimize AI agent workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in
    Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of
    AI/ML concepts
    , NLP, and
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Python
    or another programming language used in AI development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Exposure to
    reinforcement learning
    ,
    prompt engineering
    , or
    autonomous AI agents
    .
  • Knowledge of
    API integrations
    and
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with tools such as
    LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI
    or similar frameworks.
