What you'll do
  • Crushing numbers – Real Estate Sales for both Residential & Commercial assets in the region.
  • Create New Clients while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers. Basically, a business Hunting & Farming role.
  • Mining client databases and making daily connections with pipeline & new leads.
  • Conducting online presentations for prospective clients
  • Planning and organizing client site visits for the shortlisted real estate projects.
  • Help the client in finalizing an investment opportunity and help them with the final negotiations, application & asset booking process.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed within the stipulated time frame.
  • Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communication throughout the customer lifecycle (CLC)

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred – self-owned vehicle
