Job Title: Brand Manager – Schools

Location: Samashti International School, Coimbatore Branch

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to strengthen the school's image and visibility within the education sector.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, school events, open houses, and community outreach programs to attract admissions.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, website updates, SEO, and online advertising to maintain a consistent brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the admission and academic teams to ensure marketing strategies align with school objectives and enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with media partners, vendors, and creative agencies for branding and promotional activities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education domain.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and public interactions.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements based on data and feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branding or marketing, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Note: Transportation will not be provided by the school. Candidates are required to arrange their own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
