Job Description:

We're hiring for a Back Office Process role in a BPO setting If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in customer service (BPO background preferred)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (5-day workweek with week-offs)

  • 9.5 hours working shift

  • Salary - 30K CTC (Fixed)

  • Location - Indore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
