Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Performing data entry, managing and maintaining databases, and ensuring the accuracy of records and reports.
- Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks like printing, emailing, managing calendars, and ordering office supplies.
- Record & Document Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, along with processing invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Internal Coordination: Communicating and coordinating with different departments, such as sales and front office teams, to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Reporting: Preparing, generating, and distributing reports for management, often using business intelligence tools.
- Research: Conducting market research and processing collected data for internal use.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing office supplies and inventory levels.
Essential Skills
- Organization and Detail-Oriented: The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and potentially CRM platforms.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for coordinating with different departments.
- Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team and support other staff.
