Job Summary:
Lumen Atelier is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage quotation preparation and Order Processing. If you have experience in back office operations, quotation making, or sales support, this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic and creative team in the lighting design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage client quotations with high accuracy
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to collect product details and pricing
- Maintain records of quotations, revisions, and follow-ups
- Perform data entry and documentation using MS Excel and Word
- Assist in administrative and coordination tasks related to client projects
- Ensure timely response to internal and external quotation requests
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in back office, sales support, or admin roles
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience of working on software SAP, ERP
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (Commerce preferred)
