Job Summary:

Lumen Atelier is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage quotation preparation and Order Processing. If you have experience in back office operations, quotation making, or sales support, this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic and creative team in the lighting design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage client quotations with high accuracy
  • Coordinate with the sales and design teams to collect product details and pricing
  • Maintain records of quotations, revisions, and follow-ups
  • Perform data entry and documentation using MS Excel and Word
  • Assist in administrative and coordination tasks related to client projects
  • Ensure timely response to internal and external quotation requests

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in back office, sales support, or admin roles
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience of working on software SAP, ERP
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (Commerce preferred)
