We are looking for a responsible Back Office Executive to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one. She will not just be someone a back office executive the work of others. An individual is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.

· To handle all the works related to university documentation.

· Data Entry

· Filling forms of university

· Weekly updating records of inventory

· Scheduling of college buses.

· Checking bus pass of students

· Any other work as per the requirement

· To keep record of all the bills of expenses related to the college.

Candidate Profile:

· Candidate must be Graduate.

· Experience in management of work will be an added advantage.

· Ability to communicate effectively.
