Job Title: Client Success Manager

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Success Manager with experience in banking operations (3+ years) to drive engagement and adoption of Leading Private Bank value-added service application on APOS devices. The role involves strong stakeholder management, training, and field engagement to build lasting relationships between Snapbizz and Bank's sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Bank's sales executives to drive adoption and sales of the private Bank value-added services application on APOS devices.

Act as the primary interface between Snapbizz and Bank for day-to-day operations, escalations, and follow-ups.

Conduct regular visits across South India to meet with the bank's sales teams, strengthen partnerships, and provide on-ground support.

Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to Bank's sales team members to enhance product knowledge and performance.

Ensure excellent client experience through proactive communication, effective problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Qualifications

MBA preferred; bachelor's degree with strong relevant experience will also be considered.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in banking operations / client success / stakeholder management.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within South India.
