Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Executives based in Delhi NCR.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and closing deals within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales (mandatory).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Salary- 8-10k (Based on experience) + incentives
