Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Mysore. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting and promoting school programs, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves reaching out to prospective students and their families, conducting school tours, and managing enrollment processes. The Sales Associate will also provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and assist in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of education industry and enrollment processes
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in an educational setting is a plus
