What You Will Do:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all inbound merchant leads coming through multiple sources.
  • Engage with merchants via calls/emails, understand their requirements, and recommend the most suitable Cashfree solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demos to showcase value and build merchant confidence.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and merchant activation.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from initial contact to onboarding and transaction initiation.
  • Provide a smooth onboarding experience, acting as a trusted partner for new merchants.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other Cashfree products to existing merchants.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure merchant needs are met and feedback is captured for continuous improvement.

What You Will Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in fintech, online payments, or B2B SaaS (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with high-volume calling and relationship-building.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting and trusted merchant relationships.
