Job Description:

A PA to a Director provides administrative support by managing the Director's schedule, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents and presentations. Key duties also include acting as a liaison between the Director and others, providing organizational support for events and projects, maintaining confidentiality, and performing research as needed to support strategic decisions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: 
    Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient use of the Director's time. 


  • Correspondence & Communication: 
    Draft emails and letters, screen calls and emails, and act as a gatekeeper for the Director. 


  • Meeting & Event Coordination: 
    Organize meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Assist with planning and logistics for institutional events, conferences, and workshops. 


  • Document & Presentation Preparation: 
    Create and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and reviews. 


  • Liaison & Stakeholder Coordination: 
    Serve as a point of contact between the Director's Office and other departments, internal teams, and external stakeholders. 


  • Project & Operational Support: 
    Track projects, monitor institutional activities, ensure deadlines are met, and provide support for strategic initiatives. 


  • Confidentiality: 
    Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
