Role Overview:

As the Salesforce Product Manager, you will own the product development lifecycle for our Salesforce applications, working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure the technical architecture and user experience meet business requirements. Youll need deep expertise in Salesforce, particularly in designing and architecting Salesforce solutions. Customer interaction and user research are essential to this role, as you will be responsible for gathering feedback and ensuring our products align with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Expertise & Architecture:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce applications that align with customer and business needs.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices in design.

  • Collaborate with development teams to create solutions that leverage Salesforce features and APIs effectively.

  • Product Development & Management:

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, focusing on Salesforce-based solutions.

  • Define product roadmap and feature priorities based on business goals, technical feasibility, and customer feedback.

  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other company platforms and tools.

  • Customer Engagement & Research: (This is a required aspect of the role)

  • Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges.

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to guide product improvements and feature development.

  • Ensure customer insights directly inform product strategy, keeping the user experience at the forefront.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.

  • Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategy clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce product management, with a focus on designing and building Salesforce applications.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce technical architecture, including experience with Salesforce integrations and custom development.
  • Hands-on experience in customer engagement, user research, and gathering feedback to inform product decisions. This is a mandatory requirement.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear and actionable product strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • [Preferred but not required] Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I.
