Role Overview

We're seeking a high-agency, execution-driven Product Manager to lead our Salesforce-native product suite. You'll own the roadmap, delivery, and adoption of features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and beyond. This is a hands-on, in-office role based in Pune, where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business impact through powerful, scalable solutions on Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end development of Salesforce-native features—from research and planning to release and adoption
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, GTM, and support teams to build intuitive, reliable solutions
  • Define and prioritise the Salesforce roadmap in alignment with customer needs and company goals
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade standards across performance, security, and scalability
  • Conduct user research, analyse product usage, and iterate based on feedback
  • Manage sprint planning, track execution, and ensure on-time delivery & Enable customer-facing teams with documentation, demos, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of product management experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
  • Experience working with or building AppExchange apps (preferred)
  • Strong product thinking and ability to convert business problems into scalable product features
  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • High ownership mindset with proven execution ability
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint processes
