Key Responsibilities

Integrations Management

  • Drive integrations with leading HR tech ecosystems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, MS Teams, Slack, etc.).
  • Define integration requirements, map data flows, and work with engineering to ensure high scalability and interoperability.
  • Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end integration lifecycles.

Conversational Platform Development

  • Shape and enhance the AI-powered conversational layer that drives employee interaction.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to fine-tune conversational intelligence and response quality.
  • Leverage analytics to continuously improve the conversational UX and personalization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
  • Support go-to-market, training, and adoption initiatives in partnership with marketing and customer success teams.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Define success metrics and measure feature adoption and engagement.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization and iteration decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in SaaS or HR Tech domains.
  • B.E. in Computer Science or related field + MBA (preferred in Product Management, Technology Management, or AI specialization
    )
  • Strong technical acumen — you understand APIs, data models at a conceptual level.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, especially in conversational AI or NLP-based applications.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams on integrations or platform products.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a bias for action.
  • A self-starter mindset — comfortable operating in a high-velocity, agile environment.
