Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our business software applications. The ideal candidate has a strong mix of business acumen, user empathy, and technical know-how, and can translate complex customer needs into clear product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and execute the product roadmap across multiple products, from strategic planning to successful delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize product backlog items based on customer value, business needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Track product performance metrics and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and delivery timelines.

Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or business applications. Experience in Distribution Management System & Front-line Sales team Apps is added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of business software (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, workflow automation).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field with MBA.
