We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Manager to drive primary and secondary sales in the FMCG sector. The role involves direct interaction with small supermarkets, grocery stores, and mini-marts to generate orders, ensure product visibility, and build strong relationships. This is an individual contributor role — no team handling required.

  • Key Responsibilities:Visit assigned retail outlets and small supermarkets daily to take orders.
  • Ensure regular stock rotation, product visibility, and shelf placement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store owners and purchase managers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and collection goals.
  • Update daily sales reports and order details in the system.
  • Identify new retail outlets for product placement and market expansion.
  • Gather market feedback on pricing, competitor activities, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with the distribution and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
  • Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, or Commerce).
  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
