Senior Team Member (Client Location — Delhi)

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and proactive
Business Analyst (BA)
who wants to gain hands-on experience in
end-to-end project management
— from
requirement gathering and documentation
to
testing, delivery, and client coordination
.

You will work closely with
developers, testers, and operations teams
, while also learning the
technical flow of Java-based projects
, CI/CD pipelines, and system deployment.

This is a great opportunity to understand how a full software lifecycle operates — right from
business requirement analysis to delivery and client feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure the right functional and technical implementation.
  • Assist in
    preparing project documents
    , user stories, flow diagrams, and compliance reports.
  • Participate in
    daily team discussions
    , sprint planning, and project review calls.
  • Support in
    CI/CD tracking
    , deployment coordination, and post-release validation.
  • Handle
    basic data analysis, reporting, and time tracking
    for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with your senior team lead for updates in the morning and evening.
  • Learn to manage
    project lifecycle from requirement to testing, release, and feedback.

Skills & Tools Exposure (Good to Have):

  • Basic understanding of
    Java / Spring Boot projects
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodology and Jira-like tools
  • Interest in
    CI/CD, cloud hosting (AWS / GCP)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Leadership attitude and ownership mindset
