Job Description: Experienced Freelance Recruiter

Position: Freelance Recruiter

Type: Part-Time/Flexible

Compensation: Profit Sharing Basis

About Us:

Acumaxis is a dynamic organization specializing in headhunting, contractual and permanent staffing, and virtual assistant services in IT and Marketing sectors. We are expanding our network and seeking experienced freelance recruiters to join our team on a profit-sharing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and job specifications.

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).

Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure timely closures of positions as per client requirements.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in IT and Marketing sectors.

Strong networking and headhunting skills.

Proficiency with recruitment tools, databases, and social media platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
