About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Client Servicing
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with
B2B technology clients and background in Agency only
, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client servicing on assigned accounts.
  • Manage
    client briefings
    , gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with
    creative, design, content, and strategy teams
    to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Support in the preparation of
    strategy presentations, proposals, and reports
    for clients.
  • Oversee project workflows to ensure deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Assist in organizing and managing
    event-related deliverables
    in coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on
    B2B technology brands
    and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.

Available to Join Immediately or within 15 days

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in
    client servicing/account management
    , preferably with
    B2B technology clients
    .
  • Strong interest in working with
    B2B brands and tech-driven campaigns
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working full-time from office and available to support on
    12–15 weekends annually
    for events.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
