We're now hiring for the
Founder's Office
, a high-impact, cross-functional role working directly with
Aditya Jhunjhunwala (Founder, Let's Enterprise)
to help scale the next chapter of LE: community, admissions, content, leadership development, and operations.

This is not a traditional job. It's a
strategic operator role
for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.

About the Role

As part of the Founder's Office, you will operate as Aditya's strategic right hand — turning high-level vision into actionable plans, driving execution across teams, and solving ambiguous problems that shape the future of Let's Enterprise.

You will work across
strategy, operations, growth, content, community, admissions, partnerships
, and anything that accelerates LE's mission.

This role gives you a
360° view of building an education startup
, from 0→1 initiatives to scaling existing systems.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Convert founder vision into clear action plans and drive them to completion
• Own cross-functional projects across operations, growth, community, admissions, and content
• Conduct research & insights for strategic decisions (student behaviour, parent insights, industry trends)
• Streamline internal processes and build scalable systems for admissions, content, and community
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and high-velocity execution
• Drive key metrics with functional leads (community engagement, admissions funnels, content performance)
• Support new program launches, events, and founder-led initiatives end-to-end
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and proactively build structure where none exists
