Role Description

As the Co-Founder CFO at MEask, you will manage the company's financial strategy, oversee budgets, and analyze financial performance while collaborating closely with other co-founders to shape and execute the organization's vision. Your role will involve securing funding opportunities, managing financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving growth strategies. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Pune, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen, including exceptional Analytical Skills and experience in financial analysis and planning
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Sales and Marketing expertise to contribute to revenue growth strategies and investor engagement
  • Proficiency in Research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience collaborating in start-up environments
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced degree preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in securing funding rounds or managing investments is highly desirable
