Role Overview

This isn't a typical digital marketing job.

This is for someone who can think fast, write better, and execute at startup speed.

You will work directly with the founder and assist in all key digital marketing activities — from writing social media content and executing campaigns to experimenting with growth ideas and even helping in communication with international clients.

You must bring high English proficiency, creative instincts, and the willingness to adapt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in social media content planning and execution across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Write sharp, engaging content: reels scripts, emailers, ads, landing pages, and more
  • Support in managing organic and paid campaigns
  • Conduct research on competitors, trends, hooks, and marketing tactics
  • Work with design and video teams to bring ideas to life
  • Occasionally handle client communications, requiring polished English and professional confidence
  • Be flexible and quick — in a fast-moving startup, priorities shift and speed wins

What We're Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, or social media
  • Strong English proficiency — spoken and written (mandatory)
  • Creativity in content ideas and messaging
  • Some familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, ChatGPT, and social platforms
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work across tasks beyond a fixed job title
  • A self-starter mindset with high accountability and attention to detail

Bonus Points For

  • Prior content writing or copywriting experience (for personal brand, agency, or brand)
  • Understanding of productivity, mindset, or startup culture
  • Interest in marketing analytics, lead generation, or funnel building
