Position: Sales Executive

  • Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
  • Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
  • Experience Required: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)
  • Number of Openings: 3–4 positions
  • Annual CTC: ₹2.00 – ₹3.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients within residential complexes through scouting and networking with builders, brokers, etc.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings to demonstrate the Ohhpro-Junction product suite to potential clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive face-to-face product demo sessions, showcasing the full capabilities of the product suite.
  • Onboard new clients post-sale and address any issues that arise after the deal is finalized.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain customer information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Weekday

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry or property management is a plus
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must have Own vehicle to travel client locations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month
