Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive results for our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client goals, identify opportunities, and create campaigns that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Strategy:

  2. Develop tailored digital marketing strategies for clients across various industries.

  3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform strategies.

  4. Ad Strategy & Management:

  5. Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google.

  6. Create, test, and optimize ad sets for performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS).

  7. Track and report campaign performance weekly.

  8. Manage ad budgets efficiently and provide insights to improve ROI.

  9. Ad Creative & Copy:

  10. Write short, scroll-stopping ad copy, headlines, and calls to action.

  11. Collaborate with the video editor to shape ad visuals, hooks, and pacing.

  12. Suggest ideas for video ads, Reels, and TikToks.

  13. Repurpose organic content into high-performing paid formats.

  14. Campaign Performance & Analysis:

  15. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights.

  16. Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.

  17. Client Communication:

  18. Present strategies and campaign results to clients.

  19. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy or planning.

  2. Proven track record of driving results in digital marketing.

  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid social, search, email, etc.).

  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.

  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.).

  2. Certification in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

  3. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
