Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality, balanced meals according to set recipes and weekly menus.
  • Cook multi-cuisine dishes including Indian, continental, Asian, Mediterranean, etc.
  • Work closely head chef to maintain taste, consistency.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
  • Assist in weekly menu planning and kitchen inventory management(optional).
  • Learn and adapt to new recipes and cooking methods regularly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cook/chef in a professional kitchen.
  • Ability to handle multi-cuisine cooking (training provided if required).
  • Knowledge of Indian cuisine is mandatory.
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new cuisines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Discipline, hygiene, and professionalism are essential.

Work Schedule

  • 6-day work week
  • Flexible timings depending on production schedule
  • No evenings or late night
