We have 2 roles (opportunity) for Business Continuity Manager. One for EMEA & One for America. Therefore, working hours will be accordingly. For now, work is 100% hybrid and from Jan 2, once the GCC setup is ready, the role will become 50% hybrid as the work location will be Gurgaon i.e. work from office. Our client is British MNC with over 7000 global workforces, setting its GCC in India.

Role & responsibilities

The position will report to Head Risk & Business Continuity.

As the BCM Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational resilience through the development, testing and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), conducting Business Impact Assessment (BIAs), coordinating continuity drills, and supporting ISO 22301 compliance across field locations.

Conduct BIAs for filed location.

Develop, update, review BCPs in collaboration with local teams

Coordinate continuity drills, scenario testing and post exercise reviews

Maintain recovery strategies for people, system, vendors, & facilities

Train operational team on BCMS awareness, emergency procedures and roles.

Serve as on ground coordinator during incidents or BCP activations

Maintain audit ready documentation for ISO 22301 compliance

Liaise with IT, HR, Admin &other department to ensure continuity dependencies are mapped.

Conduct 3rdparty risk assessment

Develop location specific emergency communication protocols

Monitor regulatory changes specific to BCP

Support crisis management planning

Benchmark continuity practices

detailed JD can be referred for better understanding

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory Skills -

Handson experience in conducting BIAs, and writing BCPs

Experience of ISO 22301 and Business Continuity Management Lifecycle

Ability to plan and execute continuity drills, emergency response and business recovery protocols

Strong coordination, communication and documentation skills

Qualification and Experience -

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Operations, Emergency Management or Management

ISO22301 Lead Implementor or similar certification

5-6 years in business continuity, disaster recovery, emergency response

Experience in working in Multi location environment, crisis prone industry

Experience in Audit, ISO Certification process and drills
