Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Functional Consultant located in Mumbai. The ERP Functional Consultant will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support, and applying analytical skills to solve complex problems. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their business needs, manage project timelines, and deliver ERP solutions aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Technical Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects and timelines effectively
  • Experience with IFS applications and ERP system implementation is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer
