Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic ERP Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in Navi Mumbai. You will be

responsible for delivering tailored, compelling ERP product demonstrations and collaborating with the sales

and implementation teams to win new business across the manufacturing and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and map ERP capabilities to industry-specific business processes.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to manufacturing and construction use cases.
  • Build and maintain ERP demo environments with relevant test data.
  • Assist the sales team with technical and functional support during the pre-sales cycle.
  • Participate in client discovery calls, RFIs, RFPs, and solutioning.
  • Develop and continuously improve demo scripts, proposal templates, and value proposition material.
  • Work closely with implementation consultants to ensure solution feasibility

Must have Skills

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in ERP functional consulting or pre-sales.
  • Hands-on experience with any ERP system like Epicor Kinetic, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of core business processes (Sales, Inventory, Production, Procurement, Finance).
  • Good understanding of ERP workflows in manufacturing and construction industries.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in demo delivery for Indian or Middle East clients.
  • Exposure to multiple ERP modules and integration scenarios.
  • Familiarity with scripting or custom configuration within ERP platforms.
