We are expanding our patient services and need a dynamic marketing leader to grow service lines, elevate brand presence, and drive measurable patient acquisition.

Role: Head of Marketing (primary title)

  • Location: On‑site — Talegaon, Pune, Maharashtra, India
  • Compensation: Fixed salary ₹45,000 per month
  • Workplace: Full‑time, on‑site; clinical/operational collaboration expected

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an integrated marketing and business‑development strategy to increase patient volumes across priority specialty services.
  • Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid search, social advertising) to generate qualified leads and appointment bookings.
  • Design patient acquisition funnels and manage CRM-driven nurture sequences, referral programs, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead brand, PR, and community outreach initiatives — physician engagement, health camps, local events, and partnerships to build trust and referral pipelines.
  • Manage vendor agencies, media buys, and marketing budget; track campaign ROI and present actionable dashboards to clinical and leadership teams.
  • Build and mentor a small marketing team; establish processes for content, digital ops, and reporting to scale initiatives efficiently.
