Payroll Processing Executive

Noida

About the Role

The Payroll Processing Executive will manage end to end payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely and compliant salary processing for all employees. The role requires strong attention to detail, understanding of statutory requirements and the ability to work with HR and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll including attendance, leave, new joiners, exits and salary revisions
  • Prepare salary registers, payslips and bank transfer statements
  • Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS and LWF
  • Generate monthly challans and ensure timely filing of statutory returns
  • Handle reimbursements, allowances and claims as per company policy
  • Maintain employee records and update changes in the payroll system
  • Reconcile payroll reports and support finance during audits
  • Prepare MIS reports and support management with data as needed
  • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions and tax
  • Coordinate with HR for inputs and validation

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, HR or related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of payroll processing experience
  • Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF and income tax
  • Experience working with payroll software
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to timelines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with payroll for multiple locations
  • Knowledge of wage codes and statutory updates
  • Experience in payroll outsourcing or shared service environment
