We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in Asian cuisine and Dim Sum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing high-quality dishes and providing excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, including Dim Sum, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in an Asian restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, particularly Chinese and Japanese cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, such as refrigeration systems and ovens.
  • Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality dishes and presentations.
