Job Title: Executive – Finance & Accounts

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Shanthi Nagar (Bangalore, India)

Reports To: Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchase, expenses, and journal vouchers.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable processing, vendor reconciliation, and follow-ups.
  • Support in bank reconciliation, petty cash, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain general ledger, trial balance, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other tax-related records.
  • Generate MIS reports for management and provide data support when required.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CA Inter / CA Dropout / B.Com / M.Com graduate (CA background preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounts/finance (freshers with CA Inter can apply).
  • Good knowledge of Accounting Standards, Tally/ERP, and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle).
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI / MIS reporting.
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills.
