Role Overview
:

As the Group Head – Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the influencer marketing vertical across multiple brands and business units. You will drive strategy, innovation, and operational excellence while building long-term client and creator partnerships. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative vision, people management, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
:

1.
Strategic Leadership
Define and implement the overall influencer marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Drive growth of the influencer marketing division across industries and client categories.

Oversee multi-platform campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) ensuring brand fit and impact.

Identify new market opportunities, emerging platforms, and influencer trends.

2. Client & Business
Own and grow key client relationships while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Act as the senior point of contact for escalations, negotiations, and business development.

Develop proposals, pitch strategies, and case studies to win new business.

Deliver on revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction KPIs.

Influencer Ecosystem Building
Build, nurture, and expand a strong influencer and creator network across micro, macro, and celebrity tiers.

Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and long-term brand ambassador programs.

Ensure diversity, authenticity, and brand alignment in influencer selection.

4. Campaign Planning & Execution
Oversee campaign planning, content strategy, and creative execution.

Guide teams in influencer shortlisting, briefing, content approvals, and reporting.

Ensure campaigns are ROI-driven with measurable KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, brand lift).

Drive innovation through integrated influencer + content + performance marketing approaches.

Data & Performance Management
Establish data-led frameworks for influencer identification, pricing, and ROI analysis.

Review and present campaign reports with insights and learnings.

Stay ahead of industry benchmarks, competitor moves, and influencer ROI trends.

6. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of influencer marketing managers, strategists, and executives.

Set clear goals, performance metrics, and professional development paths.

Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.

. Innovation & Thought Leadership
Represent the agency at industry events, panels, and forums.

Drive thought leadership through trend reports, whitepapers, and POV articles.

Champion technology adoption (AI, influencer marketing tools, creator economy platforms).

Requirements
:

10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or talent management.

Proven leadership in scaling teams and managing large-scale campaigns.

Strong network across influencers, agencies, and platforms.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement tools.

Entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to balance creativity and business outcomes.
