Key Responsibilities:
Identify and collaborate with influencers
Manage social media accounts and company website
Maintain consistent brand language across platforms
Develop and update the company profile and brochures
Coordinate walkthrough video production
Design creatives and marketing collaterals
Monitor and analyze competitors marketing strategies
Allocate and manage marketing budgets across channels
Plan branding and market positioning initiatives
Share regular construction updates on YouTube and Instagram
Showcase client testimonials and videos on social media
Plan and execute marketing events and collaborations
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Head to lead branding, digital engagement, and promotional efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both online and offline real estate marketing with a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead influencer marketing and partnership initiatives
Manage all social media platforms and update the company website
Establish and maintain a consistent brand language across media
Design and update marketing collaterals including brochures and company profiles

Monitor competitors marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Coordinate branding and market positioning campaigns

Develop and manage marketing budgets across various digital and offline channels
Plan branding campaigns, client engagement events, and collaborations
Share regular construction updates and customer stories/testimonials via social media
Coordinate with design and video production teams to deliver high-quality creatives
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing and influencer collaborations
Strong network of content creators, influencers, and digital agencies
Proficiency in managing Instagram reels, YouTube content, and short-form video campaigns
Excellent creative thinking and visual communication skills
Strong organizational, communication, and project management abilities
Real estate industry experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with digital tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Ads, and basic analytics
