Banquet Manager

The Banquet Manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of banquet events, including weddings, parties, corporate functions, and other social gatherings. This role ensures seamless coordination from planning to execution, maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination:
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, layouts, themes, and menus.
- Collaborate with kitchen, service, and decor teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare event timelines and communicate plans with all departments.
- Operations Management:
- Supervise the setup and breakdown of banquet halls before and after events.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of furniture and decorations.
- Monitor food service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Staff Management:
- Hire, train, and schedule banquet staff including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
- Maintain discipline and high service standards among the team.
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the point of contact during the event for the client and vendors.
- Handle last-minute changes and requests with professionalism.
- Follow up post-event for feedback and build long-term client relationships.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates for each event.
- Monitor expenses and manage inventory of banquet supplies.
- Ensure billing accuracy and assist the accounts team in invoicing.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle emergency situations with calm and authority.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
