**Job Summary**:
Oversee banquet operations, ensuring smooth event execution, excellent guest service, and coordination between staff and departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown as per event requirements.
- Guide and train banquet staff on service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, F&B, and event teams for flawless operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
- Address guest requests/complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
- Support Banquet Manager in planning and execution of events.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in banquet/F&B service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment.
- Flexible with schedules, including evenings/weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
