Job Title: HR Intern (Candidates from Calicut are preferred.)

Duration: 3 – 6 Months

Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, performance appraisals, HR documentation, and day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and support HR documentation.
  • Provide assistance in HR administrative tasks and daily operations.
  • Support in performance appraisal activities.
  • Research HR trends and contribute to policy updates and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, performance appraisal, and HR policies.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
