Full job description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
  • Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Draft and update HR-related communications, letters, and reports.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and contribute to policy updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resource
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
