We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience: 0–5 years

Industry: Fintech | SaaS | B2B & B2C Sales

Languages Required: Fluent in English & Hindi

Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with alternate Saturdays working.

What You'll Do:

Own the full outbound lead generation cycle for e-commerce, D2C, and digital-first brands

Connect with CXOs, CEOs, CFOs, VPs, and HR leaders across multiple channels

Consistently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales efforts with business goals

Navigate objections, negotiate effectively, and close with confidence

Stay on top of fintech trends and market demands

What We're Looking For:

0–5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or pre-sales (preferably SaaS/B2B)

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment

High ownership mindset with a bias for action

Willingness to work 6 days a week with a strong commitment to performance
