Position: Customer relationship Executive

Reports To: Manager – Customer Success / Operations

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Experience: 0-2 years customer service, preferably with billing or payment platforms and US client exposure

Role Type: Full-time

Shift: EST Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist clients with billing questions, payment issues, and portal navigation.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions to familiarize clients with new features and modules.
  • Track and monitor client-specific tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
  • Send email and text reminders regarding upcoming deployments, meetings, and other key events to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Update account records accurately, documenting all interactions and issue details for each client.
  • Collaborate closely with internal development and support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, including account setup and initial orientation.
  • Identify recurring patterns in support requests and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with print vendors to ensure files are processed and delivered on schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
