Personal Assistant To Managing Director

Please Role & responsibilities :-
To provide high-level secretarial, administrative, and organizational support to the Managing Director ensuring efficient management of schedules.
Independent Correspondence and confidential matters.
For coordination & communication, the incumbent will act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and redirecting as appropriate.
Support the MD in daily tasks to ensure maximum efficiency & additional assignments as directed by the MD.
Preferred candidate profile :-
- Graduate in any discipline (preference will be given to candidates with Secretarial Training/Professional Courses).
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in secretarial/administrative roles, preferably assisting senior management.
- Strong skills in shorthand, dictation, drafting, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email correspondence & digital tools.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential matters with utmost professionalism.
