About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee learning and growth — from training documentation to program design, delivery, and evaluation. This role plays a key part in enhancing organizational performance, supporting employee engagement, and driving a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Design & Delivery
Develop, organize, and deliver effective training programs across departments.
Customize learning modules based on business and employee needs.
Coordinate with internal and external trainers for program delivery.
- Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate records of all trainings conducted, attendance, and feedback.
Track training completion and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Day-to-Day L&D Operations
Oversee daily learning and development activities and initiatives.
Support managers and employees in identifying relevant training opportunities.
- Training Evaluation & Improvement
Gather post-training feedback and analyze training effectiveness.
Recommend and implement improvements for future programs.
- Employee Development Initiatives
Assist in designing career development and succession planning programs.
Promote a learning culture through workshops, e-learning, and engagement activities.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Manage and update the organization's LMS platform.
Ensure accurate training content upload, reporting, and tracking.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Conduct regular TNA in collaboration with department heads.
Identify skill gaps and propose targeted training interventions.
- CSR Activities
Coordinate and support organizational CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives.
Engage employees in CSR and volunteering activities.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning programs and business goals.
Liaise with external vendors and training partners for program delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in Hospitality, Aviation, Travel, or Service Industry.
Strong knowledge of training design, delivery, and evaluation methodologies.
Proficiency in LMS tools and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
