Talent Acquisition Specialist

Were looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead both Sales and Technical hiring for our diagnostics business. Youll source, screen, and onboard highimpact candidatesranging from sales professionals to paramedical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders particularly in Sales and Technical teams to pinpoint hiring needs and craft attractive job postings.
- Source top talent via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
- Screen, shortlist, and engage candidates through resume reviews and initial interviews.
- Coordinate the interview process, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offers and onboarding, including negotiation and logistics.
- Track and report hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire) and propose process improvements.
Experience Required
- Hands-on experience recruiting Sales roles and Paramedical personnel.
- Prior work experience in Diagnostics or Healthcare sectors is preferred.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
- 24 years in full-cycle recruitment; experience in sales or diagnostics is a strong plus.
- Proficient with ATS systems, candidate sourcing tools, and structured screening workflows.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
