About the Role

S&M Tech is seeking a creative and skilled Junior Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, video editing, and basic animation. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality client projects for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design logos, social media posts, brochures, posters, flyers, and branding kits.
• Edit short videos, reels, promotional clips, and explainer videos.
• Create 2D motion graphics, animated text, logo animations, and short animated videos.
• Ensure all visuals and videos are on-brand, visually appealing, and delivered on time.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to understand client requirements.
• Maintain daily/weekly progress updates and suggest creative improvements.
• Take ownership of projects, make decisions, and work independently.

Required Skills & Tools

• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDraw, Figma (optional)
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora
• Animation / Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Canva Animation, Premiere Pro (basic animations)
• Strong creativity, color sense, typography, and layout design
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong decision-making skills and commitment to meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent
• Portfolio showcasing graphics, videos, and basic animations is required
• Freshers with strong skills are welcome to apply

Targets / Performance Expectations

• Daily: 4–6 graphics (posts, ads, branding materials)
• Weekly: 3–5 short videos/reels
• Monthly: 3–4 animated explainer videos or logo animations
• Deliver all client projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Salary & Benefits

• Probation Salary: ₹10,000/month (for the first 3 months)
• Confirmed Salary: ₹12,000/month (subject to performance review after probation)
• Performance Bonus: ₹1,000 – ₹3,000/month (for timely delivery & quality)

Work Timings

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sundays (plus national holidays as per company policy)
• Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
• Must be reachable for client/project updates within working hours.

Employment Terms (Legal & Compliance)

• Probation Period: 3 months (confirmation based on performance)
• Notice Period: 7 days during probation, 30 days after confirmation
• Termination Clause: Employment may be terminated for misconduct, non-performance, or breach of confidentiality.
• Intellectual Property: All work created during employment remains the property of S&M Tech.
• Confidentiality: Employee must maintain strict confidentiality of client data and company projects.
