**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Design and develop engaging and interactive instructional materials, including e-learning courses, videos, simulations, job aids, and assessments.
- Utilize technology tools and learning management systems to enhance instructional content delivery and learner engagement.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content in alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary revisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and developers, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in instructional design, adult learning, and educational technology.

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelors or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.**
- Proven experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role, designing and developing instructional materials.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, and learning methodologies.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Moodle, etc.).
- Familiarity with multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to design innovative and engaging learning experiences.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality instructional materials.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
