Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, the candidate shall be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality instructional materials and learning programs. The candidate should have the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to analyze learning needs, design curriculum, and create engaging content. The expertise of the candidate in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and the integration of technology will help shape the learning experiences that inspire and educate the target audience. The candidate will have the opportunity to employ his/her creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional learning solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and develop learning objectives.

· Design and develop engaging and interactive instructional materials, including e-learning courses, videos, simulations, job aids, and assessments.

· Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning experiences.

· Utilize technology tools and learning management systems to enhance instructional content delivery and learner engagement.

· Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content in alignment with industry best practices and standards.

· Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning outcomes.

· Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary revisions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and developers, to ensure timely and successful project completion.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in instructional design, adult learning, and educational technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role, designing and developing instructional materials.

· Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, and learning methodologies.

· Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Moodle, etc.).

· Familiarity with multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) is a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to design innovative and engaging learning experiences.

· Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality instructional materials.

· Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
