Matchday, a full-fledged Sports Marketing and Branding agency with a prestigious clientele, including teams from the Bengal Pro T20, UPKL, and many more, is seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually captivating content and videos that elevate our brand presence and engage our audience. We are looking for someone with a passion for sports, a keen eye for design, and the technical skills to create high-quality multimedia content

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:
1. Create visually stunning graphics, layouts, and designs for social media platforms, websites, promotional materials, and other digital and print assets.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects.

3. Design eye-catching infographics, posters, banners, and advertisements that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

4. Ensure all designs meet quality standards, are on-brand, and are delivered within the specified deadlines.

**Video Editing**:
1. Edit and produce engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.

2. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop compelling video concepts and storyboards.

3. Enhance video footage with graphics, animations, special effects, and sound to create polished and professional final products.

4. Ensure all video content is optimized for different platforms, maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to brand guidelines

**Content Creation and Curation**:
1. Assist in the production of multimedia content, including photoshoots, video shoots, and other visual assets required for marketing campaigns.

2. Curate and organize a library of visual content, ensuring easy access and retrieval for ongoing projects.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:
1. Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure visual content aligns with overall marketing strategies and goals.

2. Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and videographers to coordinate the production of visual content when necessary.

3. Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, media partners, and other stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and collaboration opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
