About the role

Were looking for a Senior Motion Graphic & Animation Video Editor who can elevate brand presence through visually striking and high-performing video content. From ads and product explainers to YouTube videos and social reels, your work will directly impact engagement, conversions, and overall brand identity.

This is a senior, creative leadership role where youll own video production end-to-end, set creative benchmarks, and mentor junior editors/designers while collaborating closely with product, growth, and design teams.

What Youll Do

Conceptualize and produce motion graphics & animations including ads, tutorials, explainers,

reels, and event content.

Lead end-to-end video production from storyboarding to editing, sound design, animation, and

delivery.

Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging, and visually appealing storytelling.

Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries with fresh, innovative visuals.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, content, and design teams on creative

direction.

Mentor junior editors/designers and establish high creative quality standards.

Use AI tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, Topaz Video AI, Synthesia) to enhance and speed up

production.

Experiment with 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, and cinematic storytelling for modern

aesthetics.

Optimize for multiple formats short-form, long-form, social, and interactive content.

Stay on top of industry trends in video editing, animation, and AI-driven production techniques.

What Success Looks Like

High engagement video watch time, retention, and interactions increase across platforms.

Improved conversions video-driven campaigns directly contribute to sign-ups and lead

generation.

Efficient production faster turnaround and scaling output through AI tools and automation.

You'll Excel If You Have

You bring 7–10 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and

post-production.

You are fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.

You're hands-on with AI-powered tools like Runway ML, Pika Labs, Topaz Video AI, Synthesia.

You have strong expertise in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, and

storytelling.

You understand color grading, sound design, and cinematic pacing.

You have experience creating videos for SaaS, B2B, or tech marketing.

You're detail-oriented and bring creativity + strategic thinking to every project.

(Bonus points if you have) exposure to AI avatars/voiceovers, Blender/Cinema4D, video SEO,

and graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator).
